Privacy Policy

How TRIGERR handles the information you give us through this website. This page describes what the site currently does; the sections marked below are awaiting legal review before launch.

Who we are

Awaiting review — The legal entity responsible for your information, its registered address, and how to contact it. TRIGERR to supply.

What we collect

There are two forms on this website, and they are the only places we collect anything.

The launch notification form

  • Your email address.

The requirements survey

  • Your answers to the survey questions — the kind of trading work you do, what you are looking to achieve, what you already have in place, and your priorities and timeline.
  • Your name and work email address, which are required so we can reply.
  • Your company name and phone number, which are optional.

We also record the date and time of your submission, and the browser identification string your browser sends with every request. We do not record your IP address.

Why we collect it

The email address you give the notification form is used to tell you when TRIGERR launches. The survey exists so we can understand your requirements and respond with a relevant next step — the survey itself says that a member of our team will be in touch, and that is what the information is for.

We do not use either form's information for anything else.

Where your information is stored

Submissions are sent to TRIGERR's own server, which stores them in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet that only TRIGERR staff can open. Google acts as our processor for that storage. Your information is not sent to any other third party, and no third-party service receives it directly from your browser.

We intend to move this data into TRIGERR's own systems once they are ready. This page will be updated when that happens.

How long we keep it

Awaiting review — A retention period for each kind of submission, and what happens at the end of it. Requires a decision from TRIGERR.

Who else sees it

Awaiting review — Any processors beyond Google — an email platform for launch announcements is planned — and any circumstances in which information would be disclosed. Requires confirmation once those services are chosen.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and includes no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing here follows you to another site.

Your rights

Awaiting review — Your rights over the information we hold, how to exercise them, how long we take to respond, and how to complain to a supervisory authority. Requires legal input.

Contacting us

Awaiting review — The address to write to about anything on this page. Requires a monitored contact address from TRIGERR.
